Evidence over vibes
Cited answers in the product, named clients on the website, measured results in the case studies. If we can't evidence it, we don't say it.
OpenKit is a UK company. We build Marella — the private AI platform — and deliver AI systems for organisations where trust is the entry requirement: the NHS, government departments, councils, law firms and universities.
Every organisation we worked with had the same problem wearing a different uniform: the answers existed — in policies, matters, committee papers, claims files — but nobody could get to them quickly, and nobody trusted an AI that couldn't show its sources.
Public chatbots were banned, rightly. Generic "enterprise AI" was a search box with confidence issues. So we built the platform we kept being asked for: private, certified, governed — and honest enough to cite its sources or admit the documents don't say.
That's Marella. The consultancy and engineering that shaped it — readiness work, custom agents, deployment and training — is still how we deliver it. Platform and people, together.

We build for organisations that can't gamble with their information — so privacy isn't a tier, it's the architecture.
Working systems in weeks, run in production for years. Pilots have success criteria; deployments have SLAs.
The people who build Marella are the people in your workshops. No account-management buffer between you and the answer.

The people in the room are the people doing the work — engineering, design and delivery, without the hand-off chain.
Whether it starts with the platform or a conversation about readiness, it starts with a call.
